The book “Photo Retouch Design Reference”, which I wrote part of, has been relased.
It is a how-to guide book of photo retouch and design using Photoshop. Suitable for a Photoshop beginner and intermediate user.
Most part I wrote is about making fun artwork.

という書籍が本日翔泳社さんより発売になりました。
Photoshopを使って写真を加工する手順を示した本ですが、作りたいイメージから逆に作り方をひける本です。
内容紹介文では、
プロのデザイナーやデジタルフォトグラファーが、仕事の現場で遭遇する
「ここをちょっとだけこうしたい!」「あれ、これってどうするんだったっけ」
というような、知りたいこと別に収録した、実践的な逆引き事典です。
となっています。Photoshop初心者～中級者の方にぴったりだと思います。
ちなみに私はアートワーク編など、おもしろネタを多く執筆しています。
A book about Hong Kong "40 Lives In Hong Kong" which we had been working on was finally released a few days ago. Written by H14, the editing production we have been working with on JG, and of course, the design - including the jacket design is by us, Aluminum.
In this book, 40 people who are living in Hong Kong with various nationalities and occupations are interviewed and telling about Hong Kong from their point of view and about their unique lifestyles there. It builds up with lots of lively pictures and easy-to-read text and also has a little map and guildbook part at the end.
Try to find it at a bookstore and check it -- and hopefully you might want to buy one.
And don't forget to check the design, too!
数日前、ずっとお仕事でかかわってきた香港本がついにリリースされました！ 著者は、JGでいつも一緒に仕事をしている編集プロダクションのH14さん、そしてもちろん装丁とデザインはアルミナムです。
この書籍では、香港に住む様々な国籍の様々な職業をもつ人々が、彼ら独自の視点で香港について語り、また彼らのユニークなライフスタイルも紹介しています。誌面は生き生きとした写真と読みやすい本文で構成されていて、巻末にはちょっとした地図やガイドも付いています。
書店で見つけてみてください。そして気に入ったら買ってみては？
